How do I access the facility?
Facility access is managed through digital door codes sent to your registered email upon booking or membership activation.
What is CourtReserve?
CourtReserve is our online platform for booking courts, managing memberships, and registering for events at Gearshed Pickleball. Here is a link to Sign up on Court Reserve.
When do I receive my door code?
Codes are typically generated and emailed 30 minutes before your scheduled reservation time for security reasons.
Can I bring external guests?
Yes, but guests must be registered in CourtReserve and pay the applicable drop-in fee before arriving at the facility.
Membership FAQ
What is the difference between Charter Membership, Membership and Guest play?
Charter Members enjoy priority booking, frozen pricing for three years, and waived initiation fees. Guests play on a drop-in basis with a shorter booking window and standard hourly rates. Memberships are paid annually or monthly and have their own booking window.
How much does a Charter Membership cost?
Our Charter Membership is $960 annually, which averages out to just $79 per month. This plan is designed for our most active community members who want the best value and access.
How do I sign up for a membership?
You can sign up directly through our CourtReserve portal or by clicking the 'Sign Up' button on our Membership page. Once registered, you can manage your plan and bookings easily from your phone.
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Charter memberships are annual commitments to lock in the special pricing. For flexibility, guests and non-members can utilize our pay-as-you-go options without any long-term obligation.
Programs & Events FAQ
What kind of clinics do you offer?
We offer clinics for all levels, from 'Intro to Pickleball' for absolute beginners to '3.5+ Strategy' for advanced players looking to sharpen their competitive edge.
How do I sign up for a tournament or league?
We do not have tournaments and leagues set up yet. However, we have all of that in our plan.
What is Open Play?
Open Play sessions allow players of similar skill levels to rotate in and out of games, fostering a social and dynamic environment for everyone to enjoy.
Can I register for multiple programs at once?
Yes, members and guests can register for as many open events as they like, provided they meet the skill level requirements for that specific session.
